  • How long is my jewellery guaranteed?

    Caroline de Benoist jewellery is guaranteed for one year, provided it has been treated with respect and according to the recommendations in the care guide.

    After this time, we are unable to handle any service requests.

  • How long can I return my order if I am not satisfied with it ?

    Your items can be returned within 15 days from the receipt of your order. The labels must not have been removed.

     The fees for the shipment back shall be paid by you. 

  • What is the refund policy?

    If the conditions for returning the item are satisfied (the item has not been worn, altered, worn, washed or damaged, and is returned in its original packaging with its label) you may request a refund, which will be in the form of refund or a credit note for the carolinedebenoist.com website, valid for one year.

    Any returns that do not meet these conditions may be exchanged or credited and will be shipped back to you.

  • Can I exchange or receive a refund for an item I bought online at a Caroline de Benoist store?

    No, if you purchased an item on the website and you wish to exchange it or obtain a refund, you must go to your client's account in "my orders". 

    If the item was purchased at a physical location (e.g. Le Bon Marché in Paris), it must be exchanged or reimbursed at the same point of sale, in accordance with the refund conditions applicable to that point of sale.

  • How long does it take for my money to be returned?

    After we receive and accept the returned items, we will usually refund you within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email at that time.

    Please note that during private sales, public sales, or the day after a collection goes online, this period may be extended to 10 working days. 
    Once the transfer has been made, the time it takes to reach your account varies from bank to bank.

  • Is it possible to exchange an item?

    We do not offer standard exchanges.

    Returned items will be refunded within 7 working days of us receiving them.

    If you need a different size, another model or another colour, simply reorder on the site.

  • What reasons could you use for refusing a return?

    All returns received after the deadline, without a label or where items are sent in poor condition may be refused.

    Orders with charges to be paid on receipt of the parcel will be systematically refused.

  • What should I do if I have a problem with my item?

    We pay the utmost attention to the quality of our products.

    Please note that our articles are handcrafted in India and that some irregularities may be present. This is an integral part of the beauty of traditional Indian workmanship.

    However, in the event of a major defect, we invite you to report the problem to contact@carolinedebenoist.com, enclosing photos of the problem encountered with your item.

  • Can I keep my free gifts if I return an item?

    If you are returning your order in full, please also enclose any gift items we sent you.
