Delivery and returns
When will my order be shipped?
For any order placed from Monday to Thursday with Colissimo, the order will be dispatched within 48 working hours.
For any order placed from Friday to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped by the following Tuesday.
Please note that during public holidays, private sales, sales or collection launches, this period may be extended. Added to this is the delivery time of your package.
How soon will my order be delivered?
Orders placed on our website are generally delivered to you within 4 to 8 working days in France and Europe, at your home or at a relay point.
If you opt for an express delivery method, your package will be at your place within 24/48 working hours.
Abroad :
Home delivery: 4 to 10 working days
What are the shipping fees ?
In France :
*Delivery is provided either by Colissimo or by Chronopost, delivery against signature.
**Standard delivery to a pick-up point is free from purchases of €150.
Colissimo home delivery: €6
Delivery to a Colissimo pick-up point: €4
Chronopost express home delivery: €10
Abroad :
*Delivery is provided by Colissimo partners depending on the country, delivery against signature.
**Delivery costs and times vary by country.
***In the event of delivery outside Metropolitan France, administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier.
Home delivery: from €8.
Delivery to a relay point (only certain countries): from €8.
How to track my order ?
When your order is dispatched, an email will be sent to you with your Colissimo tracking number.
You can also go to the "My orders" section of your account to check the status of the order and access your tracking.
Is it possible to have it delivered to the store?
It is not possible to have it delivered to a Caroline de Benoist store at the moment.
I'm worried because I haven't received my package, what should I do?
If you have not received a notice of passage and the deadline has passed, we invite you to contact our customer service via the contact form or at contact@carolinedebenoist.com, don't panic, we will find a solution.
My package is being returned to the sender, what should I do?
Don't worry, our after-sales service will contact you upon receipt of the package to agree on a second shipment.
