Once your order has been processed, you can download a pdf version of your invoice in the "My orders" section of your customer area.
You can pay for your order by bank card (VISA, Mastercard, CB, Visa, Visa Electron), Apple Pay, PayPal or in 3 or 4 instalments free of charge with Alma.
Starting at €200 of purchase, you may pay for your order in 3 instalments over a period of 3 months, with no fees, using the Alma payment platform.
Day of order: the first monthly instalment is equal to one third of the amount including VAT (shipping included).
- 30 days after the order: the second monthly payment equal to one third of the amount including VAT (shipping included).
- 60 days after the order: the final monthly payment equal to one third of the total amount (including shipping).
For example, if I place my order on 1st November for €300 (including shipping), here's how the payment schedule works:
- First monthly payment: €100 will be deducted from your account when you order on 1st November
- Second monthly payment: €100 will be deducted from your account on 1st December
- Third monthly payment: €100 will be deducted from your account on 1st January
What are the qualifying conditions?
Your basket must be worth between €200 and €1,500.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards issued in France, Belgium, Germany, and Spain.
However, we do not accept prepaid, virtual and automatic-authorisation cards.
Your credit card must remain valid for at least another 3 months to guarantee the 3 payments.
At checkout, simply select "Pay in instalments with Alma". You will then be redirected to a payment page where you will be asked to enter your bank details, like with a standard payment. A summary of your upcoming deadlines will be provided. You will then receive a summary email with your due dates, followed by a reminder email 3 days before each due date.
How secure is it to pay by instalments with Alma?
Alma systematically performs a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank will then send you a confirmation SMS or push notification in your banking application, confirming that you initiated the transaction and that it is not fraudulent.
I want to return my order. How do I get a refund?
As with a standard return, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return all or part of it.
If I return my order in full:
You will receive a refund of the first instalment only, the second and third instalments will be cancelled and therefore not debited.
For example, if you placed an order for €300 on 1st November and you return your order in full, your account will be refunded the first monthly payment of €100 and the next two monthly payments of €100 will be cancelled.
If I return part of my order:
In this case, Alma's 3-instalment, no-fee payment platform will automatically reduce any outstanding payments by the amount of the refund, or if necessary, refund any sums already paid.
