Delivery
  • What are the delivery charges?

    In France:


    *Delivery is by Colissimo or Chronopost services, with signature required.

    **Standard delivery to a collection point is free for orders over €150.


    Colissimo home delivery: €6 

    Delivery to collection point by Colissimo: € 4

    Chronopost express home delivery: € 10


    Abroad:


    *Deliveries are made by Colissimo's partners, depending on the country, with signature required.


    **Delivery costs and times vary from country to country.


    ***For deliveries outside mainland France, administrative and/or customs charges may be applied by the carrier.


    Home delivery: starting at €8.

    Collection point delivery (some countries only): from €8. 

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number.


    You can also go to the "My orders" section of your account to check the status of your order and see your tracking information.

  • Is it possible to have my order delivered to a store?

    Delivery to Caroline de Benoist boutiques is not currently available. 

  • I'm worried because I haven't received my parcel. What should I do?

    If you have not received a delivery notice and the deadline has passed, please contact our customer service department via the contact form or via contact@carolinedebenoist.com. Don't panic, we'll find a solution.

  • My parcel is being returned to the sender. What should I do?

    Don't worry, our customer service team will contact you as soon as we receive the parcel to arrange a second shipment.
