Caroline de Benoist jewelery is guaranteed for one year provided that it has been treated with respect and according to the recommendations indicated in the care guide.
After this period, no after-sales service request can be processed.
How long can I exchange my textile item?
A textile item can be returned within 15 days for an exchange or refund. The label of the latter must not have been removed.
What is the refund policy?
If the conditions for returning the item are correct (the item has not been worn, modified, worn, washed, damaged and is returned in its original packaging with its label) you can request a refund which will then do so in the form of a credit note valid for one year on the carolinedebenoist.com site.
Any return that does not meet these conditions cannot be exchanged or credited and will be re-shipped to you.
Can I exchange or refund an item purchased online at a physical Caroline de Benoist point of sale?

For any order placed from Monday to Thursday with Colissimo, the order will be dispatched within 48 working hours.
For any order placed from Friday to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped by the following Tuesday.
